Located in the beautiful Cornish port of Fowey, Lantic is a renovated cottage available to rent, offering luxurious holiday accommodation for up to 6.

The town of Fowey, set on the edge of the Fowey Estuary offers a superb setting for a holiday. A centre for sailing, walking or just enjoying a change of scenery. Whether during the Regatta week in the height of summer or for a Christmas and New Year away from it all. There is always plenty to do with a great selection of shops and restaurants on your door step as well as all the other attractions that Cornwall has to offer nearby.

Lantic has been completely renovated, the result is a luxurious Fowey holiday cottage. Improvements include a loft conversion that now offers a bedroom with fabulous views over the harbour. There is a new bay window on the first floor, new central heating, a larger kitchen and a newly fitted bathroom.

We have then used the blank canvas this gave us to furnish the house with the emphasis being on quality and comfort to make your stay as relaxing as possible while you enjoy all Fowey has to offer.

Fowey offers the ideal base for your holiday with beaches for the children, stunning coastal walks and plenty of opportunities for getting out on the water whether chartering a RIB or just crossing to Polruan on the ferry.

A large open plan living space on the ground floor provides ample space for the whole family to dine, play and relax together. We have tried to cater for everything you may need during your holiday. For those with young children we can supply a travel cot, high chair and changing mat on request. We have tried to equip the kitchen for everything you will need whether cooking a Sunday roast or simply warming up a pasty.

On the first floor there is a king double room with a bay window that has views to the river, a twin room and a bathroom with a full size bath and shower over. The converted loft offers a further king size double room with superb views out over Fowey and the estuary along with a separate WC. Outside to the front is an area where you can sit and watch the comings and goings from town whilst at the rear of Lantic is a seating and barbecue area.

In the months of JAN/FEB/NOV/DEC we can offer shorter stays, please ask about your dates.

Well behaved dogs welcomed by prior agreement but we would ask that they are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture.
